Payment options

You have the following payment options within Germany: You may meet the costs with prepayment, or debit advice procedure. Please keep in mind, that the debit advice procedure is only valid with a German bank account. With the confirmation of your order, you will receive an affirmation e-mail. The message will contain the necessary bank information to transfer the money to our bank account via prepayment.

 


Payment outside of Germany

Customers outside of Germany can only pay via prepayment. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Cancelation of order

Your order cannot be be cancelled, respectively it relies on certain conditions, because the production is fully automated and each order goes to the assembly shortly. However if you do wish to cancel your order, please contact our Hotline with your customer ID and job number.   

 

Can I pick up my order by myself?

Unfortunately it is not possible. You will receive your product within the stated delivery time by post.

 

Is it possible to receive my order in a given date?

This is not possible, because we cannot exclude conditional delivery delays. However you have the option to choose express delivery and you will receive your product on the next day.

 

How does a general order procedure look like?

Follow the menu in the shop and answer the question about your individual Albendirekt product.

 

How do I find out if my order is being processed?

You will receive a confirmation email, if we get your order.

 

Can I download your software free from the internet?

You can download our software for free, so you can order Indexalbums, Photobooks, Photobookpages and Photos. Additional products can be ordered in our online shop.

 

Can I make corrections after my order?

Unfortunately it is not possible, because the production will start upon the arrival of your commission. Modifications are not possible due to the automated production and logistics process.

 

Do my pictures require a certain format or resolution?

Your pictures don’t need to be large if you want to order an Indexalbum. The quality will be displayed when you create a Photobook.

 

Can you develop Albendirekt products with photos from cd’s?

Orders are only processed with digital pictures.

 

Can I order several copies from one order?

Sure, you can specify the quantity of your product.

 

Do I get a discount for buying multiple units?

You will get an appropriate benefit, if you order many units of the same product. The prices are listed in the appropriate websites.

 

If I send many orders one after another, is there a chance that I can pay the delivery charges only once?

No, due to the fast production process, the orders cannot be summarized.

 

Is it possible if you could send me an example of your product?

If there is a direct request, we will send you an example product. However you will have to take the delivery and protective charge.

 

What are the delivery times from Albendirekt?

The production begins upon the arrival of your order. Unfortunately, we are subordinated to logistics firm and we cannot exclude conditionally delays. The delivery period of photos, Indexalbum, Photobookpage, Fun products as well as calendars takes up to 3-4 work days. Photobooks aquire a delivery time of about 5 work days. That is he only way to maintain the high quality standard.

 

Can I put different orders to one?

A centralisation of other different orders is not possible. Your orders will be processed to the automating production and logistics process, which we can’t interfere.

 

CD order  

If you have a large amount of diverse images or you have got a low internet connection, we highly recommend you to use this option. Please select the appropiate button to order a CD and follow further instructions.

 

Are my data protected under the data privacy?

Your privacy data is secured. Your personal data will be only used for the order process and it will be handed over to third parties for delivery issues. After the invoice amount is payed, your bank informations will be deleted.

 

Are my bank data save?

Your bank data will be encrypted and only used for payment. After the payment was successfully charged off your bank account, the according data will be removed.

 

When do I have to pay? If you choose to pay via debit advice procedure, we will charge the appropriate amount of money from your bank account. If you choose the credit card payment, we will take the invoice amount of your credit card during the order. You will receive your bill after you paid via invoice. The sum is payable without deductions. Please transfer the amount to the given bank account with your job number If you have choose prepayment.

 

Do I get my money back if I am unsatisfied?

Please let us know if you aren’t satisfied with our products. Satisfied customers are our highest priority. We will surely find a solution together and on accounted cases, we will take goodwill before right.

 

Do deliveries have to be customable outside the EU?  

The purchaser has to deal with the customs clearance by himself. The customs is dependable of each country in which the product has been sent.

 

Which paper is being used?

We exclusively use quality paper from Fujifilm in our labs. This is the best-proven paper, which guarantees a light resistence of 70 years.

 

How do I select a page layout respectively a background for my product? You have the possibility to choose different page layouts and backgrounds on many products. The best way is, you test the variations by yourself. In order to change a page layout, you simply click on the desired template and confirm the change. Keep in mind that, that the existing page will the deleted. In order to change the background of your product, drag&drop the background for your product.

 

Can I use any kind of picture material for my product?

Apart from the technical requirements, you are responsible for taking care of the copyright. It is not allowed to break the authors copyright from third parties, especially right of reproduction. Illicit materials are strictly forbidden and it will be given to the police.

 

Why can’t I perform a Web-Update?

Please make sure that the software is installed correctly. Check your HTTP-Proxy settings. Make sure that an Anti Virus program or Firewall do not block the connections.

 

Why do I get the error message “Server couldn’t be found”?

Please check the Internet connection and make sure that no Anti Virus or Firewall blocks the connection. If you use a Proxy, there can be no additional authentication requested.

 

Why does the Internet transfer break after 20 minutes?

Please check the Windows settings for automatic disconnection of the Internet (“Time-Out”).

 

Why do I get the error message “Retry”?

The Retry error has the following root:

Anti Virus Scanner

Wrong Internet settings

Special characters in data name

Special character in your address

Too slow Internet connection

Temporary Server problems

 

Aborted orders will be processed?

No, orders that have been aborted will not be processed.
